Here i am giving the recipe for mushroom soup, didnt take any picture of it today, next will sure take and update it. I first thought mushroom soup smells bad but i am wrong, i adopted this recipe from Antonio bourdan's mushroom soup recipe which i read long back some where online.. Here goes the recipe:
1/2 of a small onion - cut into small pieces
1 cup of mushrooms (i just used normal mushrooms cut into half)
1/2 tsp of olive oil
salt
2 small thai chilli
Making:
1. To a pot add olive oil, and fry onions
2. add mushrooms, chillies, salt and fry for 5 to 7 minutes
3. Then add 2 cups of water and boil it.
4. cool the mixture a bit and blend it.
5. move this to the pot again, keep in medium check the taste, add sal and pepper if needed. switch off the stove after 2 to 3 minutes.
6. serve hot with love.

Thats it for today guys..
